Emirates cabin crew salary consist of three parts, basic salary, flying per hour per day, and overseas stay allowance, so it depends on how many hours you have flown. When you will start your job your

designation will be grade2 and you will serve in economy class cabin. Promotion is very fast in EMIRATES AIRLINE because they are increasing their fleet. Free accommodation will be provided.

EMIRATES AIRLINE HIRING PROCESS:

·         OPEN DAY-submit your CV and full length photo. After submission you need to pass height and arm reach test. After passing this test you will be divided into groups of 15 peoples and recruitment team will take discussion test. They gave us half an hour for discussion and will announce the result. After passing you will be ask to come back in the evening for briefing of about 3 hours. Those who passed were invited to attend the assessment day.

·         ASSESSMENT DAY-It start at 8am and recruitment team will do presentation about the company. You will be divided into groups and asked to discuss about the topic given. You also have to introduce your friend one by one during this task.

·         ENGLISH TEST-It has 45 minutes to pass. It has three categories MCQ,VOCABALARY and ESSAY TEST. Those who pass this test are proceed to the next stage.

·         GROUP DISCUSSION-You are again divided into groups. This is the most challenging stage. You will be given a topic about situation and how you will pass it. Tip for this round you have to cooperate and help your group fellow, also be yourself, be truthful and be honest. After passing this round you need to do a psychology test online at home they will send you the link at your email.

·         FINAL INTERVIEW-All questions will be asked on the result of psychology test. They ask about you, background, previous job experience etc. After successfully passing final interview you have to wait for maximum 6 weeks those who got the call means you have pass all stages and FINALLY GOT CABIN CREW JOB IN EMIRATES AILINE.
